Since I'm working mostly as a freelancer, there's no reason to mention my employer here.
However, most of my time I'm working for ISP's and ISV's.

One of the first innovations of the Web 2.0 is the Blog. Spending most of my time in Linux and other UNIX-based environments, I realised that these operating systems are often seen as "very hard to learn" by other people, and many of them are also refusing to learn how to use them, saying the the documentation is to hard to understand.

City-wide Internet Service Provider, I worked for almost an year as a Remote Senior Network Administrator. Technologies used were exclusively open-source (quagga, cacti, HTB, LAMP, bind9, qmail, squid).

Since then, we have an active collaboration meaning that I'm handling all their IT-related problems/requests.
